WELLCELL^TM TEM is a kind of core-shell structure based micro-sized sphere.The shell material is a thermoplastic polymer and its derivatives;The core material is liquid low boiling pointorganic hydrocarbon. It’s substitute of Expancel microspheres of Nouryon.

When heated to a certain temperature, the thermoplastic shell softens and the gas inside the shell expands,resulting in a dramatic increase ofthe volume of the microspheres,the gas remains inside the spheres,it’s an ideal lightweight filler, blowing agent, and effective problem solver forvarious materials(thermoplastics, thermosets, coatings ,etc.).
