Introduction
AIP4000, AIP5300 and AIP9000 are multi-layer structured ultra-high molecular weight acrylic processing aid made by acrylate copolymer, from a multi-step emulsion polymerization.
It can be applied to PVC foaming process, such as free foam, celuka foam and co-extrusion foam, etc.,
This  grades are more favorable for the general application like PVC foam boards, pipes or profiles.

Strengthen PVC melt
AIP 5300 and AIP9000 give the higher melt strength which allows more gas to be retained and prevents coalescence of cells;
This provides more uniform cell structure, low density and a better surface finish.

Packing,Transportation and Storage
 20 kg / 25 kg bag, 250 kg / 500 kg super sack.
 This material is non-dangerous goods for land, air and marine transportation,
 Material should be kept from flames, hot pipes, heaters or other sources of heat.
 Adequate precautions should be taken to keep all dust levels below values that are hazardous to heath and safety. 
 The recommended maximum storage temperature for this material is 45 deg. C.
